FAQ
Is Eventfolio free?

Yes — Eventfolio is free to use. Optional premium features may be introduced in future updates as part of a Pro subscription.

Can I use Eventfolio without an account?

An account is required so your events can sync securely across devices and be backed up.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Your data remains safely stored in your account. Reinstalling and logging back in restores everything.

Can I change an event's type after creating it?

Yes — open the event, tap Edit, and change the type. Note that attendees, gift lists, or links may no longer display if the new type doesn't support them.

I didn't receive my verification email.

Check your spam folder first. From the sign-up confirmation screen, tap Resend verification email.

Why isn't my event syncing to another device?

Make sure both devices are signed into the same account and have an internet connection. Pull down on the events list to force a refresh.

Privacy

Eventfolio does not use ads, tracking, or sell your data. Information you provide — name, email, and the events you create — is used only to power app functionality: your account, cloud sync, and reminders. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use
By using Eventfolio, you agree to use the app for personal, lawful purposes only. Your event data — names, dates, notes, attendees, gift lists, and locations — is stored to provide syncing and reminder features and remains yours; you can delete it at any time by removing events or deleting your account. Eventfolio is provided "as is." While we work to keep your data safe and synced reliably, we recommend not relying on it as your sole record for critical or time-sensitive information. Continued use after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
