Everything you need to get the most out of Eventfolio.
Eventfolio supports 17 event types, each with its own icon and color.
Every event shows a live countdown, color-coded by urgency.
Up to two reminders per event, 1–30 days before, delivered at 9:00 AM. Enable in Settings → Permissions.
Add a location via Apple Maps. Tap the map in the detail view to open directions in Apple Maps.
Available for Anniversary, Birthday, Meeting, Party, and Wedding events.

Attach a URL to Document, Homework, Meeting, Project, School, and Test events.
Search by name or notes. Filter by event type using the chip strip at the top.
Works offline. Changes sync automatically when back online. Pull to refresh manually.
Go to Settings → Profile (pencil icon) to update your name. Email/password accounts can also change their email — a verification link is sent and re-entering your password is required.
Signing out keeps your events and profile safely stored in the cloud. Logging back in restores everything.
Permanently removes your profile and all events from our servers and your device. This cannot be undone.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link.
Is Eventfolio free?
Yes — Eventfolio is free to use. Optional premium features may be introduced in future updates as part of a Pro subscription.
Can I use Eventfolio without an account?
An account is required so your events can sync securely across devices and be backed up.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
Your data remains safely stored in your account. Reinstalling and logging back in restores everything.
Can I change an event's type after creating it?
Yes — open the event, tap Edit, and change the type. Note that attendees, gift lists, or links may no longer display if the new type doesn't support them.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Check your spam folder first. From the sign-up confirmation screen, tap Resend verification email.
Why isn't my event syncing to another device?
Make sure both devices are signed into the same account and have an internet connection. Pull down on the events list to force a refresh.
Eventfolio does not use ads, tracking, or sell your data. Information you provide — name, email, and the events you create — is used only to power app functionality: your account, cloud sync, and reminders. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
